Buy credit top-ups

Add one-time credits without changing the size of your monthly plan.

Top-ups are one-time credit purchases for eligible paid accounts. They carry across billing cycles and are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Who can buy a top-up

The account must have an active paid subscription, or a cancelled subscription that is still inside its paid period. Free, expired, incomplete, trialing, and payment-overdue accounts cannot purchase a top-up.

1. Open Profile

Find your credit balance and choose the option to buy credits.

2. Choose a pack

Select the amount that covers the near-term work. The checkout shows the one-time price before payment.

3. Complete Stripe checkout

Confirm payment through the secure checkout, then return to Profile. A success message shows how many credits were added.

4. Verify the balance

The top-up appears separately in the balance breakdown even though the main number shows one combined usable total.

How top-up credits are used

Superapp spends daily free, promotional, and subscription credits before top-up credits. This protects the longer-lived purchased balance. The expiration date is shown while a top-up balance remains.
