1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use Superapp. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need an account. Please keep your account secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts without notice.

3. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

• Some features of Superapp operate on a credit-based system.
• We may adjust the number of credits included, pricing, or billing model at any time. If we make material changes, we'll give reasonable notice (e.g., via email or on the site).
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Usage and Learning

• By using Superapp, you grant us permission to track usage patterns (like clicks, prompts, generations, and interactions) for the purpose of improving our Services.
• We may analyze and learn from code generations, inputs, and outputs to improve functionality, safety, and quality.
• We will not share your private code or data with third parties except as required by law, to provide the Services, or with your consent.

5. Acceptable Use

Please don't misuse the Services. For example, you may not:

• Break the law using Superapp.
• Try to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer our Services.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

• Superapp and all related branding, designs, and software are owned by NZT48, Inc.
• You retain rights to your own content, but you give us a license to use it internally as described in Section 4.

7. Changes to the Services

We're constantly improving Superapp, so the Services may change, be paused, or discontinued at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Superapp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that it will always be error-free, secure, or available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NZT48, Inc and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Superapp if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or the public.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the updated version here and may notify you by email. Your continued use of Superapp after changes go into effect means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of laws rules).
