# Superapp features

Superapp is an AI app builder that turns a plain-English description into real native Swift and a complete Xcode project for the Apple ecosystem. You chat, it writes SwiftUI, compiles it in the cloud, and publishes to the App Store. It is vibe coding for native iOS: unlike most vibe coding tools that output a web app or React Native, Superapp outputs real native Swift you own.

## Every Apple platform

Superapp builds native apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and Vision Pro from one project. It does not build Android apps: the focus is the Apple ecosystem, and the output is Swift.

iPhoneiOS

Native iOS apps built with SwiftUI, from a plain-English description.

iPadiPadOS

Native iPad apps with layouts tailored to the larger screen.

Apple WatchwatchOS

Native watchOS apps for tracking, glances, and complications on the wrist.

MacmacOS

Native macOS apps in Swift, built from the same project as your iPhone app.

Vision ProvisionOS

Native spatial apps for Apple Vision Pro, generated as real Swift.

## No Mac required

You build and publish native iOS apps from any browser, with no Mac and no local Xcode. That includes Windows, Chromebooks, and even your phone. The one thing Apple still requires from everyone is a $99-a-year Apple Developer account to publish.

## How it works

Superapp runs real Macs with Xcode in the cloud: an AI agent writes SwiftUI, compiles it, reads the errors, fixes them, and rebuilds, in minutes. The preview you see runs in the iOS Simulator and behaves like a real iPhone, so gestures and animations work the way they will on device, and you can install the app on your own iPhone to test before publishing.

## Real native Swift you own

Superapp generates real, production-ready Swift as a standard Xcode project you own and can export anytime, with no lock-in. Unlike tools that keep your app tied to their platform, Superapp never locks in your codebase: the export is the same real Xcode project whether you leave on day one or year three. Developers can extend it in Xcode, and you can continue development with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex on the code you own.

## What it can build

Because the output is native Swift, Superapp can use the same Apple frameworks a hired iOS team would: widgets, Live Activities, Siri, HealthKit, ARKit, 3D games, and more. Very large engine-heavy games may still need a dedicated game engine.

3D games and ARSceneKit, SpriteKit, ARKit

Native iOS games, including 3D and AR experiences, plus body and motion tracking.

Widgets and Live ActivitiesWidgetKit, ActivityKit

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island features.

Siri and voiceSiriKit, App Intents

Siri intents and shortcuts so your app responds to voice.

Health and homeHealthKit, HomeKit

Read and write health data like steps and workouts, or control smart-home devices.

Maps and locationMapKit, Core Location

Native maps, nearby search, tracking, and directions.

Push notificationsApple Push Notification service

Notifications that bring users back, wired through APNs.

Payments and subscriptionsStoreKit, RevenueCat

In-app purchases and subscriptions set up through RevenueCat, so you can charge from day one.

Sign in and accountsAuthenticationServices, Supabase

Native Apple Sign In and authentication through Supabase.

AI features in your appYour AI provider

Chat, transcription, or image generation, wired to an AI provider you choose.

## Design system and branding

Superapp includes a built-in design system, so generated apps are not generic. You can customize typography, color, spacing, and components in the project to match your brand, on top of the native Apple UI patterns Superapp already follows.

## Backend and integrations

Superapp wires up a backend for you two ways: use Superapp Cloud, its own managed backend, or bring your own Supabase project. Either way you get database schemas and data models connected to your app, plus authentication and payments through RevenueCat. It also connects to third-party services like Airtable, Google Sheets, and Notion, or your own API. It is not locked to one provider: you can connect any backend by updating the generated Swift.

## Start from something you already have

You do not have to start from a blank prompt. Superapp can use an existing design or product as a reference and rebuild it natively, though it rebuilds rather than converts or wraps the original.

[Figma to iOS app](https://www.superappp.com/figma-to-ios-app)

Describe the screens and design system from your Figma file, then fine-tune the generated Swift UI to match.

[Website to iOS app](https://www.superappp.com/website-to-app)

Use your existing website as a reference and Superapp recreates the experience as a native iOS app.

Lovable or Replit rebuild

Use your Lovable or Replit project as a reference and Superapp rebuilds the key screens and flows natively in Swift.

## Automated App Store publishing

Superapp prepares the build, metadata, App Store screenshots, privacy declarations, ASO, and submission, roughly two clicks. The rejection rate is close to zero, and that is a direct result of the technology choice, not luck: because the output is native Swift rather than a web wrapper, it clears Apple's Guideline 4.2, the rule that flags thin web wrappers and apps that are too basic, the single biggest cause of rejections for no-code app builders. It generates your App Store screenshots automatically, so you do not have to design them yourself. That ASO work is not just paperwork either: Superapp optimizes your App Store keywords and listing to help people actually find and download your app once it is live, not just get it approved. You still need your own Apple Developer account, which costs $99 a year and is paid to Apple.

## Native Swift vs cross-platform vs web

On iOS, native means Swift compiled against Apple's frameworks; Superapp is one of the few AI builders whose output is native Swift rather than Flutter, React Native, or a web wrapper.

| Output | Tools | Truly native iOS | Review risk | You own the code |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Native Swift | Superapp | Yes | Lowest | Yes, full Xcode project |
| Native Swift on top tier | Rork Max | Yes, top tier only | Low | Yes |
| Cross-platform, Flutter | FlutterFlow | No | Low to moderate | Partial |
| Cross-platform, React Native | Rork Pro, Vibecode, a0.dev | No | Low to moderate | Varies |
| Web wrapper or PWA | Bubble, Glide | No | Highest, Guideline 4.2 | No |

## Pricing

Superapp is free to start with 5 credits a day that reset daily; paid plans are Pro at $25 a month, Business at $50, and Max at $100, plus a $99-a-year Apple Developer account to publish. Any paid plan, even the cheapest, can buy custom credit top-ups instead of being forced onto a bigger tier. Unlike many competitors, Superapp does not lock in your codebase either: you can export the full Xcode project on any plan and take it with you. ## Your app's own website

Superapp also generates a matching website for your app, published from the same project. Most tools only do one or the other; Superapp gives you both the native iOS app and the site that markets it.
