Stripe securely processes Superapp payments. Keep the receipt or invoice ID for every subscription and top-up purchase—it is the quickest way to trace a charge.

## Find a receipt or invoice

- Check the inbox and spam folder for the email used at Stripe checkout.
- From Superapp Profile, choose **Change payment method** to open the Stripe billing portal and view available billing documents.
- If a document is missing, contact support with the account email, charge date, and amount.

## Company and tax details

Add or update the legal name, billing address, and tax details in the Stripe billing portal before the next invoice is issued. Previously issued documents may not be editable, so contact support if a historical invoice needs review.

## Refund policy

Superapp fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The current policy is in the [Superapp Terms of Service](https://www.superappp.com/terms). If a charge is duplicated or incorrect, report it promptly so the team can investigate; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

## Credit top-ups

Top-ups are one-time purchases, not subscription renewals. Purchased top-up credits are valid for twelve months, so review the credit amount and total on the checkout screen before confirming payment.
